Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced and highly driven Account Lead to join our team.

In this role, you will serve as the primary strategic and operational contact for key client accounts, with a strong focus on social media-led marketing accounts.

You will be responsible for:

Managing client relationships
Leading campaign strategy and execution
Aligning deliverables with business objectives
Coordinating cross-functional internal teams

You will play a key role in bridging the gap between client expectations and agency delivery, ensuring high-quality, timely, and performance-driven outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
1. Account Management
Develop and execute account growth strategies
Build long-term client relationships
Identify upselling and expansion opportunities
Ensure consistent value delivery across accounts
2. Client Relationship Management
Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
Understand client business goals and market challenges
Conduct regular status meetings and strategic check-ins
Proactively manage expectations and communication
3. Strategic Planning
Develop insight-driven marketing and account strategies
Guide social media, digital advertising, and content direction
Identify growth opportunities and performance improvements
Collaborate with clients on long-term marketing objectives
4. Team Collaboration & Leadership
Work closely with creative, content, media, and analytics teams
Lead campaign planning and brainstorming sessions
Ensure alignment across all project stakeholders
Mentor junior team members and support team development
5. Social Media Account Oversight
Oversee social media content planning, scheduling, and publishing
Ensure brand consistency and accuracy across all platforms
Monitor paid media performance and optimise campaigns
Review creative output and ensure execution aligns with strategy
6. Project Management & Reporting
Manage workflows, timelines, and deliverables using tools such as ClickUp
Ensure all reporting and documentation is accurate and timely
Analyse campaign performance and prepare client reports
Present insights and recommendations to clients
7. Process & Quality Assurance
Ensure adherence to internal processes and workflows
Maintain high-quality standards across all deliverables
Identify process improvement opportunities
Support operational efficiency across teams
8. Industry Awareness & Thought Leadership
Stay updated with digital marketing trends and platform updates
Share insights with clients and internal teams
Contribute to innovation and strategic thinking

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
Proven experience in account management or client services within a digital or advertising environment
Strong understanding of social media marketing, paid media, and digital strategy
Required Skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail and organisational ability
Ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines simultaneously
Strong client relationship and stakeholder management skills
Problem-solving ability with a calm, professional approach
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools (e.g., ClickUp)
Adaptability and willingness to learn new tools and platforms
